  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday, and typically ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • All EMU E-bikes come fully assembled so no need to worry about setting it up.
  • Should you wish to return your order, we provide a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. In the event of a defective or damaged item, return shipping costs will be covered.
