  • Delivery timings are around 10 working days from receipt of payment (timings may vary for delivery outside UK mainland)
  • Eeyo E-bike  is shipped almost fully assembled and adjusted. In addition to the bike, the box includes all the tools you need to finish assembly, the Portable Charger, and a reflector kit.
  • 14-day returns for a full refund or exchange; we cover return shipping on defective or damaged items.
  • Regular servicing is required to maintain performance and safety - issues from lack of maintenance aren’t covered under our returns or warranty policy.
